My Story

Hello, I’m Kate, a fully licensed and insured Integrative Psychotherapist with an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy and BACP membership.

My relationship with therapy and healing began following personal traumatic life circumstances relating to a significant loss and all the immensely painful challenges that come with that experience. My experience left me with a clear choice, continue to live in pain or begin to heal.

After experiencing the transformative results of therapy in my own life, I embarked on a career that would allow me to use my knowledge, skills and experience to support others. As a Psychotherapist, I will help you face your experiences and overcome your trauma with compassion to live a fulfilled life.

My promise to my clients is that there is no story too painful, too shocking or too overwhelming for me to hold space for and to offer you support through.
